Add Link Power to Your Blog + Make Money Writing

This article is part of my 31 Days to Build a Better Blog

Link posts are a great way to give something valuable to your readers, as well as increase your credibility and visibility. They can increase your visibility to search engines, and help make connections with other bloggers. Check out the SITSgirls education channel for more details about the benefits, and tips on writing link posts. Here is my link love for the day:

Sites that will help you make money writing

  • Fiverr allows users to buy and sell any service that costs $5. List a service you offer in 140 characters or less, and anyone can request that service and pay you through PayPal, and Fiverr gets $1 of your 5 for any gig you complete.
  • FundsforWriters is a website dedicated to connecting writers to ways to make money for their writing, from grants to contests to writers’ markets.
  • ProBlogger gets an inordinate amount of mention on this blog, simply because it is one of the best resources out there for bloggers. The site is focused on guiding bloggers towards a career in blogging, beyond just creating a good blog to making money doing it.
